Vincent D’Souza is a seasoned recruitment professional in the Manufacturing industry. He started his career at ABB & then worked for 15 years at Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) before pursuing his interests in the recruitment.

Founder of JV Global –Recruitment & Training Company, Mr. D’Souza leads JV Global recruitment operations based out of Bangalore. His areas of interest include defining & establishing strong recruitment delivery models, innovative service levels that ensure alignment with client recruitment objectives and structuring long term recruitment partnerships.

He is also a patron member of Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Executive member of KON-CAB, a social organization. He is in Jury committee of MANTHAN. Tejashree-Managing Partner JV Global Services LLP leads Training operations based out of Bangalore. Self motivated human resources professional with 11 yrs of experience in Training & Development, she is responsible for identifying, planning and executing needs for training.
