Tejashree-Managing Partner JV Global Services LLP leads Training operations based out of Bangalore. Self motivated human resources professional with 11 yrs of experience in Training & Development, she is responsible for identifying, planning and executing needs for training.
She is also a patron member of Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
She is in Jury committee of MANTHAN-2020. It is a flagship event of FKCCI which is aimed at encouraging young minds to develop the entrepreneurial spirit and motivate them to initiate start-ups ventures.

Tejashree is member of AWAKE – Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Karnataka which is a not-for-profit, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Bangalore, working towards ‘Empowerment of women through entrepreneurship development to improve their economic condition ‘.
Tejashree is member of eMERG – Engineering Manufacturer Entrepreneurs Resource Group, Bangalore, a not for profit organization dedicated to training and the dissemination of information to women entrepreneurs and professionals. She is in the committee of the training center at eMERG,Peenya funded by MSME.
She is a member of Business Network International (BNI) an American franchised networking organization that is based on the philosophy of “Givers Gain”.

She is elected as Jt. Secretary of Seshadripuram First Grade College Alumni Association 2019-2021.

She has counseled students on their behavior aspects & helps them choose their desired career path.
She has delivered several guest lectures, faculty development programs & been a part of several panel discussions.
